Hardstone carving is one of the oldest arts in Asia. Nephrite Jade comes in various shades - dark green being the most common - but it can also be found in other beautiful colors such as brown, red and yellow. Generations of artisans have handcarved various symbols and patterns into this precious nephrite jade stone, symbolizing qualities wisdom and strength; luck and abundance; and peace, freedom and happiness.
Each piece in the Pendant collection is vintage and hand carved, and varies design and detail. Each piece varies from 2.5'' to 3'' in diameter. The band is fully adjustable from appx. 13'' to 25'' long, but the pendant can easily be added to a chain of your choosing.
