Fredane has worked for Vi Bella since February of 2013. She commutes to work in Port-Au-Prince from Simonette, a small beach village north of the city. Before her job with Vi Bella, she sold groceries in open-air markets around her area. She ran out of business after the earthquake of 2010 and a friend recommended her to Vi Bella. She says, "My work has helped me a lot to take care of my family. It has helped to support my 4 childrens' education." Fredane has a sweet, welcoming spirit that makes her a wonderful leader on the Vi Bella team.
