I met Carly a few years ago at a mutual friend's baby shower. Carly is beautiful, in great shape and a beam of light. If I were having a more insecure day, I would have projected all sorts of nonsense on her. But, thankfully, I was in a good space. ;) Just being honest. Since that day, we have laughed a lot together, gotten very creative and listened to one another share intimate and vulnerable feelings and experiences. She's a reminder to me, that life is an ongoing balance. And, to be gentle and loving to ourselves through it all. Easier said than done. I know. Carly is warm and classic. You can take her anywhere, and she'll fit in. This is why I named this paperclip chain necklace after her. Delicate, strong, versatile and plays/layers well with others.
