The 2020 effervescent Rose worked out so well, we did it again! The base is still our proprietary Bordeaux blend, including Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and (gasp!) Sauvignon Blanc, but this time, we canned the wine before primary fermentation was fully complete, allowing it to finish in the can and create a natural sparkle.
The effervescence of the wine makes it super refreshing, light and crisp. Give it a swirl and you will find floral notes playing off of raspberries. The palate brings to mind watermelon and green apple jolly rancher. And don’t even get me started on the color…
Each can is 355mL, about 2.5 glasses of wine or half of a standard bottle.
