Clear Givings Market will be the first point of contact for any returns by the customer.  The supplier ( the brand) will provide a 30-day return policy and will accept returns directly from the customer.  (If the supplier's (the brand) return policy exceeds 30 days, then the supplier's return policy shall prevail). Customers of Clear Givings Market may return products for full credit to be used by customers for the purchase of other products from the same supplier (the brand). Credit for returned items shall be issued by the supplier (the brand) and shall be made promptly to CGM upon product return. Warranty offered by Supplier to their customers will be extended to customers of CGM. The supplier shall bear the return shipping cost for defective items.

What is your return policy & how many days do I have to return something? 

Since CGM is a marketplace of many brands, returns and exchanges are subject to the return policy of the brand that made or distributed the item(s) you purchased.

That includes things like how many days you have to return a product, whether free return shipping is offered, what can be returned or what must be exchanged, etc.

Each brand’s return policy is listed in the brand pages. Please note that sale items may be final and unable to be returned if that is the brand’s policy.

CGM offers free returns, typically within 30 days of purchase, for most items that are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging, (with the exceptions of furniture and mattresses and a few other items). Items will be refunded to the original form of payment. Original shipping costs will not be refunded.

For our fine jewelry, we offer credit toward an item of equal or greater value from the same brand. The customer is responsible for the price difference. We do not offer refunds.

Some items, such as skin products, menstrual products, lingerie, and bathing suits, are only available for final sale and cannot be returned due to sanitary reasons. Return information is often listed on the product page.

Our Guarantee

Clear Givings Market guarantees that you’ll receive items in excellent condition. Any items that are damaged or defective upon arrival may be returned or exchanged free of charge. Please report this within 48 hours of delivery and provide pictures of the packing slip as well as items received. Once your claim has been submitted for review and approval, we will further assist you in correcting the issue.

Damage Due to Shipping

Upon delivery of your order, please check the product carefully to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. All claims for damaged products must be made within 48 hours. Please contact us and provide detailed information for any product damaged during shipping within that time. Please include a full description of the damages to the product and photos of damaged products.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Unless the wrong products arrive or the products are defective.

Which items are non-refundable?

Free gifts or promotional items. Items that are on sale. Food items such as teas, meal kits, and chocolates. All fragrances and perfumes are final sale. For sanitary reasons, the following products are final sale: all body and face tools, i.e:  cleansing sponges, makeup sponges, makeup brushes, mask brushes, face cloths, dry brushes, face rollers, menstrual cups, pill cases, and towels.

The following conditions apply to returns for orders placed with Clear Givings Market.

  1. Goods may be returned for refund or exchange within 30 days of receipt. 
  2. Returned items must not be worn, soiled, or damaged in any way, and must be in new “resellable” condition.   
  3. Please complete the Returns Form provided with your item(s) and include this in your returns package.
  4. Goods must be packaged securely in either the original package or a new secure mailbag to ensure they are not damaged in transit.
  5. The responsibility and liability of the goods remain with the customer until we / or the vendors are in receipt of the goods. We recommend you return by registered post. 
  6. Goods are returned to us at the cost of the customer. 
  7. Customers exchanging goods will not be charged delivery charges on their new order. Your credit/debit card or PayPal will be credited once item(s) are received and are in appropriate condition.
