Did you know that wasted food is one of the largest drivers of climate change?

At Renewal Mill, their vision is to create a new circular economy of food that closes the loop in today’s current supply chains, keeps valuable nutrition from going to waste, and reduces our impact on the environment. They believe that doing good should be delicious.

Renewal Mill is building an entire portfolio of upcycled ingredients, sourced from places in the food system where nutrition is being lost (a.k.a. the byproducts of food manufacturing). Starting with the byproducts of plant-based milk, they have crafted a line of premium, high fiber, gluten-free flours.

By improving the efficiency of our food system, Renewal Mill is helping ensure that the next-generation of eaters have a healthy planet and a sustainable future. Upcycling is about respect: respect for all the resources that go into growing and producing our food, and the people who do it.

Renewal Mill exists to ensure that 100% of the food we produce is put to its best & highest use — feeding people.

Sustainably Sourced

All of Renewal Mill's products are plant-based and made with upcycled ingredients.

Better Packaging

Renewal Mills is proud to be certified plastic negative - that means they remove twice as much plastic from the environment as they use for their packaging.

The Process

Renewal Mill's proprietary production process works with all kinds of byproducts but we're first targeting the byproducts of plant-based milk production. These byproducts are usually pulps, like soybean pulp, oat pulp, and almond pulp. We dry and mill these pulps without using synthetic processing techniques or unnatural fortification to produce nutritious ingredients that are rich in macronutrients including fiber and protein.
